Further, HR team members can see salaries broken down by department, and different widgets offer different details. For example, one gross salary chart includes overtime and incentives while another payroll summary chart includes deductions and raises. Leaders can also see salaries broken down by title. Meanwhile, the gross and net salary line chart tracks trends that have occurred over the past year. This data is critical as it can help the company ensure they are keeping up with national averages to attract and retain top talent.

Then, with the CTC grid, leaders can track the dates and amounts of team members' last raises. Finally, with the grids at the bottom of the dashboard, viewers can see the highest and lowest paid employees.
